Carlo Costantini Violin, 2026

Carlo Costantini is a contemporary Italian violin maker based in Cremona. Born in Padua, he graduated from Cremona’s International Violin Making School in 2020, where he studied traditional construction methods, varnishing, and restoration. He further refined his craftsmanship through experience in workshops in Cremona and Brescia, while pursuing academic studies in the conservation and restoration of musical instruments. His work combines the traditions of Cremonese violin making with a thoughtful, modern approach to sound, craftsmanship, and preservation.
