From 16–22 March 2026, Fifth String Fine Instruments presents its inaugural Vienna Showcase — an exclusive week-long exhibition of exceptional modern and historical string instruments by distinguished makers from across Europe.

Hosted at Himmelpfortgasse 12, 1010 Vienna, the showcase is open daily from 10:00 to 16:00, offering musicians and collectors the rare opportunity to experience a carefully curated selection of instruments in an intimate and refined gallery setting. Guests are invited to play, compare, and discover these works freely, allowing each instrument’s voice and character to unfold naturally.

The week culminates on 18 March at 19:00 with an evening concert, where selected instruments will be heard in performance — a celebration of craftsmanship, artistry, and the profound relationship between musician and instrument.

This showcase reflects our philosophy at Fifth String: to create meaningful encounters, to present instruments of distinction, and to shape moments where sound becomes memory.
